Pricing

Our prices are negotiable, per child. I try to accomodate all requests, as much as possible, so with proper notice drop-ins and changes are completely acceptable.

However, here is a general outline of our financial agreement:

Financial Agreement

Deposit
Before care is to start a deposit of $100 will be required to reserve the space for your child. This money will be credited to you the LAST week your child is in the Daycare, providing you give a 30 day notice to the provider.

Fee Schedule
Full-time is 35 hours or more a week
Part-time is 34 hours and less a week (can do hourly instead of flat rate)

Weekly rate for one full-time infant/child under the age of 3 is $135.00/week.
Weekly rate for one full-time child over the age of 3 is $125.00/week.

Weekly rate for one part-time infant/child up to the age of 3 is $30 a day.
Hourly rate for part-time only is $12.50 an hour.

Once your weekly fee is determined hourly or weekly, that will be the fixed child care schedule for the duration that your child is in care.

Payments are due by Friday at pick-up the week prior to service.

Absences/Late Arrival
If your child will be absent or late, please call to let me know. Your child’s absence will NOT reduce your weekly fee.

Holidays and Vacations
Loki Loki Daycare is closed all major holidays. The following are observed holidays:

New Years Day, Memorial Day, May 9th, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve

Please arrange for back-up care if needed. These are paid holidays and your fee will not reduce during daycare closure.

Each year I will take two to three week's off for vacation. You will be notified at least 2 weeks in advance as to which weeks that Loki Loki Daycare will be closed. You will be charged for one of my weeks of vacation.

Provider Illness and Emergency Time Off
You are not charged due to this type of closing. Your fee will be pro-rated.

Termination from Daycare
The first two weeks of your child’s enrollment are on a trial basis. During those first two weeks either parent or provider may terminate this agreement at a moment’s notice. After that, if you decide to remove your child from Loki Loki Daycare, I require a two-week written notice. You are required to pay for these two weeks. If I decide I can no longer provide care for your family I will also provide you with a two week written notice. If violations of this agreement occur, you may be given immediate termination from Loki Loki Daycare and all security / holding deposits will be forfeited by you.

Summary
Deposit: $100
Full-Time Infant: $135/week
Full-Time Child: $125/week
Part-Time: $30/day or $12.50 per hour

You are paying for a slot in the day care home. If your child is ill or absent on a regularly scheduled day they are to attend, then you will be responsible for payment for that day. If the day care home will be closed do to illness or emergency or for any other reason you will be credited for that day or days.
