Mission, Values and Vision Statements

Mission Statement:

Here at Loki Loki Daycare, we strive to give your child a home away from home- a nurturing environment. Our philosophies are derived from Attachment Parenting, Natural Parenting and Montessori Methods, allowing your child to develop at a natural pace. By offering support for both the parent and the child, we strive to strengthen the bonds of family and community.

Vision Statement:

Children who visit Loki Loki Daycare will always feel loved and nurtured unconditionally by their secondary caregivers. Their minds will always leave more enriched and their souls should always leave more soothed than when they arrived. Children will be nurtured and encouraged, never ignored or dismissed.

Value Statement:
· Honesty in business practices.
· Faith-guided care.
· Trust in a child’s cries.
· Babies will be worn whenever possible.
· All children will be provided with complete and total nutrition.
· Follow guidelines set out by Attachment Parenting, Natural Parenting and Monitory methods.
· Children will be encouraged to participate or do independently all that is in their skill set to do.
· Childcare environment will be natural, clean, and intellectually stimulating.
· Absolutely no television or plastic, battery-operated toys.
